Payments, Shipping & Returns

Payments

Payment can be made by Visa, Master Card, Amex, ChinaUnionPay, JCB, Diners, CartesBancaires, Discover, Visa Electron or Maestro via our secure payment providers Wix Payments, Adyen N.V and Stripe

We also take payment via Apple Pay and Google Pay

Delivery

Items are usually dispatched within 24 hours of an order being placed. If you have made an error when ordering please email us at hello@rollrightremedies.co.uk and we will make amendments if your item has not yet been dispatched

Items are posted via Royal Mail 1st Class

Returns

If you change your mind and decide you do not want your item(s) you can return them for a refund, provided the goods are unopened and returned within seven days of receipt. You will be responsible for the cost and safe carriage of returning the parcel, so please ensure the goods are packed correctly

If we have made an error with your order (please forgive us we are only human!) or there is a problem with any of your items please email us at hello@rollrightremedies.co.uk, we aim to get back to you as quickly as we can.

We will pay to have the goods returned and either refund or replace according to your choice. This does not affect your statutory rights
